Showsouth dates are August 13-15, 2024.

 You may cancel your booth without penalty until June 1, 2024.  **A 4% fee is added to credit card transactions. 

VENDOR: 1 Booth + 1 Full Registration (Before July 1: $625, After July 1 $725)

VENDOR & GUEST: 1 Booth + 2 Full Registrations  (Before July 1: $775, After July 1 $875)

*If more attendees are needed, please select Vendor & Guest and register individually for additional attendees.

Sponsors make this event possible. As a sponsor, you can be featured at various events throughout the event week. Only Event Sponsors will be allowed to speak 5-7 minutes at the event. Sponsorship levels include: Program Recognition and an Appreciation Plaque.

BREAKFAST SPONSOR:  $5,000.00 w/3 Full Registrations + Trade Show Booth + Speaking Opportunity

LUNCH SPONSOR:  $7,500.00 w/5 Full Registrations + Trade Show Booth + Speaking Opportunity

Booth Cost: Early discount rates are applicable until July 1, 2024. Cancellation Policy: There will be a $50 cancellation fee for booth cancellation prior to July 15, 2024. Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received after July 15th are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. There will be NO refunds issued after

August 1, 2024 No Exceptions.
