Showsouth dates are August 16-17, 2022. Application and payment must be made no later than June 1, 2022 to secure your same booth space. You may cancel your booth without penalty until June 1, 2022. **A 3% fee is added to credit card transactions.
VENDOR: 1 Booth + 1 Full Registration (Before June 1: $695, After June 1 $770)
VENDOR & GUEST: 1 Booth + 2 Full Registrations (Before June 1: $830, After June 1 $905)
*If more attendees are needed, please select Vendor & Guest and register individually for additional attendees.

Booth Cost: Early discount rates are applicable until June 1, 2022. Cancellation Policy: There will be a $50 cancellation fee for each cancellation prior to July 15, 2022. Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received after July 15th are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. There will be NO refunds issued after August 1, 2022 No Exceptions.
