1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing tickets to, or participating in any ShowSouth NATO event (“Event”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Event.

2. Privacy and Data Collection

ShowSouth NATO collects personally identifiable information (name, address, email, phone number, ticket type, and event registration details) and non-identifiable information (IP address, browser type, cookies) for purposes including:

• Ticketing, registration, and event management

• Marketing and promotional communications

• Customer service and dispute resolution

By purchasing tickets or registering for an Event, you consent to ShowSouth NATO sharing your personal information with Contracted Clients (venues, promoters, team owners, or organizations that contract directly with ShowSouth NATO) solely for Event-related purposes, including ticket pick-up, refunds, dispute resolution, and customer service. Contracted Clients may have separate privacy policies, and ShowSouth NATO is not responsible for their use of your information.

Children under 13 are prohibited from submitting personal information.

You may opt out of receiving marketing communications directly from ShowSouth NATO by contacting us at the address above.

3. Cookies

ShowSouth NATO uses cookies to ensure smooth operation of the Site and to tailor content to your interests. Cookies cannot identify you without personal information you provide voluntarily.

4. Payment Processing

All financial transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment processors. ShowSouth NATO does not store credit card information and is not responsible for disputes with payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize ShowSouth NATO and its processors to complete the transaction.

Financial information may be shared with Contracted Clients for the sole purpose of:

• Ticket pick-up (“Will Call”)

• Refund processing

• Customer service related to the Event

5. Tickets, Sales, and Cancellations

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available except as outlined below.

• Event Cancellations: If an Event is cancelled, only the face value of tickets may be refunded by the venue. Service, convenience, and processing fees are non-refundable.

• Force Majeure: ShowSouth NATO is not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to acts of God, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events beyond its control.

6. Intellectual Property

All Event content—including trademarks, logos, event names, presentations, photographs, and digital media—are owned or licensed by ShowSouth NATO. Participants may not reproduce or use content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

By participating, you grant ShowSouth NATO a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs, recordings, or promotional materials featuring your likeness, logo, or booth for marketing or archival purposes.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. ShowSouth NATO may remove any participant without refund for inappropriate, disruptive, or unlawful behavior, at its sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ShowSouth NATO, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in Events or use of the website.

• Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant for Event registration, sponsorship, or exhibit fees.

• Participants assume all risks associated with travel and attendance, including personal injury, property loss, or health issues.

9. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShowSouth NATO, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from participation in Events, sponsorships, or violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Event participation shall follow this process:

1. Mediation: Parties will attempt good-faith mediation in Fulton County, Georgia. Each party bears its own costs.

2. Binding Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes are submitted to binding arbitration under AAA rules in Georgia. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding.

3. No Class Actions: Disputes must be individual; class or representative actions are prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.

12. Amendments

ShowSouth NATO may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the official website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

13. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
